	How long will my website take to be completed?
	Approximately 10-15 business days.
	Do you need the signed contract and the deposit in order to begin working on my site?
	If we have done work for you in the past, then awaiting the deposit before beginning work will not always be necessary. Simply fax us the signed contract and we can begin. For new clients we prefer to have received the contract and deposit before beginning work.
	Who do you use for hosting and domain name registration?
	We use GoDaddy.com and HostGator.com. These are national companies with redundant systems, daily backups, and 24/7 tech support. If you utilize our services, we will handle everything for you. Please inquire here as to our package rates.
	How do I get my web site content to you?
	Via email, in person, by mail, or via fax. We can accept CDs and DVDs with PDF's, Macro Media Flash (.fla & .swf), Word docs, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint (.ppt), Photoshop (.psd & .png), HTML (FrontPage/Dreamweaver), JPG, GIFs, TIFF, Vector, BMP files.
	What happens when my site is complete?
	When your site is completed to your satisfaction it will be prepped and submitted to the search engines. Your site will start appearing with the search engines within 3 days to 3 months. Within 3-5 business days from completion you will receive an invoice for the final payment as well as a CD-ROM backup copy of your entire site.
	What if I have already bought a web site template off the internet that I want to use?
	We can certainly integrate your template into your web site. Simply inform Lanitech during the contract development phase and we will discount your entire project because less creative work is required from us.
	What about Email? Who sets that up?
	If you choose hosting with Lanitech we will set up your email accounts for you. If you are hosting it independently, we can assist with the email setup.
	How do I set up my email on my computer?
	The instructions to set up email on your computer will vary slightly depending upon which email client you will be using (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eduora) etc. Click here for a sample of how to do this.
	I need a logo designed. Do you do that?
	Yes. This will be one of the questions our Lanitech representative will ask you during your consultation.
	Do you do develop other marketing materials such as business cards, letterhead, and brochures?
	Yes on a client-by-client basis. Please ask your Lanitech representative about your additional marketing needs. The hourly rate for these services is different than the web development rate.
	How long will it take for my site to appear on the search engines?
	Anywhere from 3 days to 3 months when we use the free submittal service (standard with your project). The time frame depends on how fast the search engines update their databases. If you require higher placement and a faster appearance, please ask our reps to provide you with additional online marketing tools, resources, and services.
	I have changes to my existing web site. How long will it take you to post my changes / updates?
	We guarantee most minor changes within 1 business day.
	How much do you charge for maintenance and web site changes / updates?
	Following the completion of your site, minor changes (text, JPGs, photographs, etc.) are charged at an hourly rate with a 1/2 hour minimum. Please ask your Lanitech representative about our hourly rates.
	What types of payment do you accept?
	We accept personal & business checks, money orders, cashier's checks, cash, and VISA / MasterCard. A receipt is available upon request.
	Do you provide W-9 Service?
	Yes we do. We will provide you with a Lanitech W-9 form upon request.
	When do I pay for my domain name registration and hosting fees?
	These fees are combined in the Web Development Agreement. You will be paying all the fees for the upcoming year. You will be billed annually thereafter for the upcoming years.
