Vanessa and David Lane founded Lanitech in 1996.  With the explosion of the internet in the late 1990's they quickly realized how this new technology would forever change the way businesses would connect with their customer base.  The founder's extensive IT, marketing, and desktop publishing backgrounds coupled with entrepreneurial sprit, became a perfect marriage of creativity and technical skills.

Vanessa Lane is the sole proprietor and Senior Web Designer for the firm.  She is the go-to person to handle the core elements of your web site design.  You will find that she will seamlessly handle your project and deliver creative artwork for your website.

Vanessa has over 11 years of experience in desktop publishing, marketing and graphic design, and over 9 years of experience in html and java scripting.

After attending College, she began her career in the early 1990's as a Conference Manager working for a local Workers' Compensation Insurance Company, where she managed and coordinated high-level executive events such as corporate company seminars, leadership forums, and Board of Director's meetings.  Everything from the food, slideshows, brochures, syllabuses, marketing materials, to the linens -- all were in her hands to orchestrate quite extravagant seminars for hundreds of clients and executives.  As colleagues and participant's continuously complimented her on her organizational skills, exceptional attitude, they were more blown away by her creativity and technical expertise.

As she was promoted and moved on to other insurance companies within that tight-knit community, her new positions always included marketing, creativity, and technical expertise including holding titles of Project Manager and Program Manager of Marketing.  In the early 2000's Vanessa was named as a Vice President of a local insurance company at only 28 years of age and was granted a seat on their Board of Directors.  She was soon promoted to the Director of IT and Business Services where she was able to maximize her potential.

Soon after, the opportunity presented itself to take Lanitech WEB Design to the next level -- full time, full service web design firm.  Armed with years of desktop publishing, graphic design, IT, and senior management experience, she took that opportunity and never looked back.

Today Lanitech WEB Design continues to serve up visually appealing web designs, with an emphasis on creativity, quality and customer service.
